All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the subscription and membership database and personal information used to process payments is securely maintained electronically to prevent unauthorised access.

Surveys may be used to help us improve our level of service to you. We do not intend to collect sensitive information and in the event that you believe that information requested might be sensitive, you are under no obligation to provide it.
Consent and Forms
Any time a visitor to the IME website enters their contact details on a IME website form they are given the option to consent for IME to process their personal data. This consent enables the website user to be provided with IME course information and marketing material. If consent is not given, IME is unable to provide information on courses and marketing material. Visitors have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails sent to you by IME.
Visitors have the ‘right to be forgotten’ and the right to ‘data portability’. Please email IME with the subject line ‘right to be forgotten’ should you wish for any personal information to be deleted. Please email IME with the subject ‘right to data portability’, regarding data portability requests. Please note fees may apply and requests may take up to 30 days to process.
Should you wish to lodge a privacy complaint, this may be made in writing or by email to IME via email. Any privacy complaint will be assessed, reviewed and responded to within 30 days of submission.
